Error loading new tune into Xcal

I am trying load a new tune into my Xcal2 for the 4.10s. I keep getting an error message - File serial number is not correct. Google and the SCT site didn't help much, but from what I could find it looks like the tune has a serial number written into it that must match the tuner. Can anyone confirm this or what causes this error?

I spoke to SCT. Looks like the tuner typoed on the serial number when the built the fine and it doesn't match my Xcal. Not a big deal just need to confirm the serial number with the tuner and get a new file emailed to me.
