help please

so tonight on the way home i stopped by the store and left the car running well when i came out i drove to the red light and when i came to a stop the car had a shake to it so i drove across the street to a parking lot to check it out. the car seemed like it was not getting gas but it would still ideal i could push the gas to the floor and the car would not move plus the rpms would not go up. then it would kick in and out not sure where to really start wondering if anyone has had this happen please help me

update started the car today and it drove fine like it never happened any ideas anyone

i was going to do that but it will probably read that the o2 sensor is out i will try that thanks
