Max, Need a few gaskets.

I'm getting ready to rip the engine out of the 94 because of a leaky pan gasket, so here we go,

Oil pan gasket
oil/coolant gasket for the oil filter adapter
Front main seal
Rear main seal
Rear output shaft seal for a 97 Mustang GT T45
Rear output shaft Bushing
Input shaft bearing set

also the Nylon Orings that seal the high pressure line going to the P/S pump.

For

s and giggles, What are the CV shafts running for the VIII

Price and availibility, I'll be calling you on the 16th to order everything.

Add a set of 8.8" 4.10 gears to that max.

Did I not send this to you already???? anyway....the output ext hsg bush is not available through ford. I listed the input shaft brg there is no set.
