My exhaust flow is not smooth coming out. (Am I making sense? ) When I put my hand on the exhaust, it feels like it is panting. Check out this video.

Dirty MAF or IAC come to mind first. Could be a slight miss even. Just my first thoughts.

I noticed this after my spark plug blew through the hole, I had this problem. I just got it back from the shop after having a sleeve installed.

WHAT??? I must have missed that episode! Did they do a compression test? I am sure they will say yes, so is there a way you can?

Still, could be a coincidence.

Yes, compression test was done, and everything was in spec. This mechanic would not BS me. I have known him too long. Thing is, I don't have any CEL lights either.

How is it under power, does it have a miss ?
Driving ok after thread insert was installed ?
Did you install a new or used COP were the plug poped ?
Double check vacuum lines.
All I can think of.
Somthing changed after valve cover was off.

Yeah, what he said, how is it under load?

There don't seem to be any loss of power. It is still quick as it ever was. I seafoamed it last night, and ran a can through the tank as well. There was a few fill ups there that I deprived her of the good stuff. I have a distinct feeling that can play a part. I already feel a slight difference.
