shows like overhaulin make it all look like a picnic but anyone who has ever done what i got my self into knows its ALOT of work lol. pulling a quarter off without cutting it is huge labor, not to mention going through drill bits and getting the drill so hot you cant hold it! there must of been 200 welds on this quarter. i still have to section part of the trunk and put in the new passenger side drop off, weld in the new wheel house, put the rear passenger quarter window back in and then weld up the new quarter. i just have the quarter sitting on clamped to see how it fits, i got some trimming and cleaning to do to the car itself but the quarter is gonna fit like factory man its a really nice reproduction, and the best part is there isnt a single flaw in it, its perfect. i wasnt going to do this yet, but my buddy chad, the owner, hung out at the shop last night and we went from talking about the car to this....

and dont worry martin, lol there is still plenty for to help me with, i didnt forget about you!!

It's looking good. I did that stuff for over 25 years in body shops. It's not fun. I also did frame work. When you're done, you'll have a nice machine. Enjoy it.
