why so cheap? do they not work? All i really need is the bulbs anyway.

It is very simple, They are not HID bulbs. They are halogen bulbs with a blue coating. They are total junk!

just for sh!ts and giggles a friend of mine gave em to me, the coating burned off and actually dripped onto my old housings, they take more power than the reg. halogens too
