Finally Fixed next issue

I've finally fixed her misfire and man oh man have I missed the ride and smoothness of it, but of course still have some other issues that need to be worked out and I was hopin my good buddies at LVC could help me out....probably the biggest issue now is the sputter of the tail pipe at high RPMs mostly while in idling and revving up.

Second issue thats pretty important with summer upon us is my damn sunroof doesn't want to open all the way. For about a week it worked after I switched all my fuses around to there proper places since the last jack ass didn't put them in right. Now it doesn't want to open all the way, but does open to its vent position and will also move slightly down to get into position to slide back all the way open...something that may give some insight to more experienced is the cut out of my radio on hard right turns, but not left now this is only on turns that it cuts out.

After the issues are fixed I'll finally beable to get some new head lights and paint...can't wait perfect timing with this stimulus check

Moon roof is out of time. There is a timing window in the gear housing.
Pop the interior headliner access cover off
First and foremost make sure the motor bolts are tight - mine had fallen out and fell on my face when I open the panel. If they are just loose then tighten (add loctite if at all possible). and try the roof. if same issue then follow the service manual guide for timing the roof.

Basically the steps are make sure the roof is closed and level.
Remove the three bolts spin the motor bu jumping power or getting a long stick to hit the switch ( or a friend in the front seat) till the gears in the window line up again (there are little tabs that need to point to each other).
Bolt it up and try it out.

Tell us what the cause of the misfire was.

Was a bad coil..I went and got one from Schukes gonna pick up a set of probably accel and fix them all here soon since one went out others are probably on there way out.

Accels are pure junk!

Motocraft coils only or you will regret it, go with aftermarket silicone boots though.

Posted by: Goddard-MarkVIII

They cost 45 bucks compared to accel nice little 25....any other options...200 bucks for 8 sounds better then 360

Any good radiators recommended?

Get a full set of 8 off of ebay, much cheaper. I have six cops from a 2v, ill let them go for $40+shiping, I think all you have to do is put 4v boots on them.

I might have to take you up on that... how old are they? and any idea if this radiator will fit my mark ?
