On my 97 lsc? I cant find a diagram for the life of me for the fuses on the left hand side of the dash. I downloaded the owners manual from the lincoln website but the page they were to be listed on is blank.

Any help?

Thanks but on the 97's there fuse box is on the left side of the dash and looks nothing like that 1. On the side not under the left hand side......Any help?

Should be the same... maybe rotate the picture?

The fuse compartment is about 7inLx5.5inW. I beleive all the fuses are layed out horizontaly and there are about 10-15 stacks of them.

Under the hood?

You need to find a camera and take a picture, you have us all stumped I think.

On the left hand side of the dash. Best pic i could find on the net, i'm at work.

Well that looks about right. The above diagram should be it and the above is for Gen II (heated seats listed).

i figured, lol. When i went to find the cig fuse i was told wich one it was but when i took the cover off it looked nothing like the pic. idk, ima have to look at it again.

Funny, I drive a 97 and that is the same spot where my fuse box is located. If yours is different, I'd be amazed.

Make sure they are all right to all sorts of things wont work if it is.

Ok, well after work yesterday i stopped by my p's to check out the lincoln. I was indeed correct about the placement. When you open the cover the fuses are stacked 8 high by 6 across.. LIKE THIS..

I dont get it, o' and there all mini fuses. Since i couldn't find out months back i pulled the fuses till i found out wich one was for my cig lighter. Found it and replaced it. Works! Easy fix. But i need to know what the other fuses are so i can hardwire my gps and radar detector. O' and a kill switch.

Posted by: unity

Thats odd. Take a pic please, that will help TONS.

Posted by: sbcaprice305

I'll take a pic later...

If i leave the car running and start pulling fuses to see what they do will that cause any harm?

I'm looking to tap into the starter motor relay fuse for the kill switch. Not sure if it would work though.

And the moonroof fuse for the radar and gps?

Posted by: unity

Its best you pull your own power with inline fuse for accessories really. That usually the best practice.

A helpful member over on markviii.org led me to this.........pg's 109-115 gave me the answer i needed. Thanks for the help though guys. Wonder why the lincoln website gave me the wrong info along with the guy that posted up his manual from his 97.
