Satelite Radio

Anyone ever activate the sat radio in there car if so what do i need to do? I want to use the stock head unit. Its in a 04 deville. I suppose it has to be xm but apparently there is a xm id on the radio somewhere. nowing caddy i will have to go to the dealer to get it done.

(1) Tune to XM channel 0, there should be a eight digit radio ID number (will have letters also)

(2) Call 1800 XMRADIO and give them the radio ID


if you hit the XM and it say "NO XM" or hit the Band button and XM is not an option, then your car does not have the XM tuner installed and you will need to have the dealer put it in
