i dont get why people put them on anyway i think its the dumbest thing you could put on your vehicle, i guess thats living in the south for ya.

A lot of guys in big lifted trucks have those things hanging off their trucks here. I think they are stupid but would not go as far to make it illeagal. Law makers worry about the small trivial stuff & never get around to addressing the important stuff!

Eh, I guess it could be considered nudity. Plus it serves no purpose. We want to know if you have a baby on board so we can calm down the driving. We don't want to know if you have testicles.
