Looking to buy 19" Tires

I'm looking around for 19" tires on the net. I've found a set of rims I like, but haven't bought them yet because I want to price out tires first. I've found some cheap ones out there that are about $100 a tire. They are Nankang NS 2, treadwear 200AA ZR rating, and Lexani N3000, treadwear 340AAA 93Y XL rating. I know you get what you pay for but has anyone every used either of them? I'm looking for any type of feed back .

I had a buddy that had a set of the N3000 on his grand prix, he really liked them for the price but they did wear out a bit quick. They weren't that great in bad rain either. He still thought they were a good deal though...
