LS 2006 body kit on a 2005 LS

Has anyone replaced their 2005 LS full body kit with a 2006 LSE OEM full body kit (3-piece rear valance, side skirts and front fascia with the round recessed fog lamps)? If so, did you have to modify this kit in anyway and was there a lot of work involved in installing it? Any other useful information you can provide is greatly appreciated.

If you're just wanting to swap out the 05 LS body kit with the 06 LS body kit then it is a direct swap. The only thing you'll need is two H11 fog light connectors since the 03-05 LS uses 9145 fog lights. I have H11 connectors available if you need them. As for difficulty of installation, it's just a matter of locating all the bolts/screws and removing the parts.

I was under the impression that the only diff. between the 2 was the LSE front bumper? The skirts and rear bumper on my '05 LS8 sport look the same as the LSE, just not paint-matched...

All the skirts are different on the LSE.

The rear bumper side skirts sit lower than a regular LS
The rear bumper rear skirt drops lower by the muffler tips, the regular LS rear skirt is flat.
The side skirts under the doors are also indented and drop lower by the wheels.

I want to change to the LSE front anyhow, $600+ for just that... the sides and rear are "similar" enough for me...
