question about removing the reflectors

hello, i own a 2001 lincoln ls and i want to take off the reflectors on either side of the front bumper to make them black but when i went under the car to do so i could not figure out how to remove it. can anyone help me with this problem? thank you

Do not go from underneath the car. Take a butter knife and insert it on one side of the reflector in the grove and pull back a little. It should then pop out with ease.

what he said. Just make sure you pry from the side closest to the wheels.
