Comp mode

I just had my navi unit changed out b/c of the buttons wearing and the screen does not display when the car goes in to comp mode like it did before... I asked the dealer to make sure they programmed the navi for a cts-v and I know I have seen some thread about it(can't find it) but what can I do/ what do I need to tell the dealer to do tomorrow. Thanks
