Mass Air Flow Maintance ?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: Flawsey

I have a 2003 lincoln Aviator with about 43,000 miles on it . I want to clean the mass air flow sensor because I think it's time and need it plus I just changed my air filter ( Purolator Pure One ). Has anybody else cleaned theirs on a Aviator or Navigator ? Also do you suggest I don't clean it at all and just replace it or cleaning is fine ?

Thanks !
