Service Idle Control?????????????

I cant find any information on this. My dash shows this error in the OBD, but what does it mean? What is the fix?

Mine says the same thing an so far i did the diagnostic with the heat controlls i got a BCM EEPROM Error so i did a search on google an it shows that that would cause the odometer to say error i am not shur if this is help full but i am going to go get a prom from the junk yard an see if that changes anything

Your ISC (idle speed control motor)might be bad. Pulsating/racheting sound after shut off, high idle, both telltale signs of a bad ISC.
