1997 Lincoln Mark Viii LSC

I am guaging intrest/testing waters on selling my lincoln.
The car is a 1997 Lincoln Mark Viii LSC in Silver/gray interior. Sunroof, 6 cd changer, integrated cell phone.
Milage - 109.500 (aprox)
The car is completely stock, it was owned by my aunt, and now she wants me to sell it. I work for Carmax as a technician and have thoroughly inspected this Mark, it is in good condition with little to no rust.
Car is located near Chicago, IL

The Bads,
The silver paint is in good condition, the rear bumper has a few chips, and the passenger side has a dent that is behind the door. The headlights have the usual fading that occurs on all of them, but it isnt very bad. The heater is not working due to the common blend door issue. the interior needs the wood center radio surround because it is chipped in a corner. It has the 6cd changer but it doesnt eject the cartriage.

The Good.
The paint other than what is listed, is in good condition. The wheels are the painted, not chrome and are in great condition. The tires are new. The engine and trans work great. It had a shutter, but i put ams oil in and it doesnt do it as often, if at all. We always ran mobile 1 synthetic, and the car has been pampered. The Milage was mostly due to her driving from Texas to Illinois about a million times, so it is mostly highway. The car spent a lot of its life in Texas, and only say minimal snow driving in illinois. The air bags from what i have seen do not leak, or at least they don't leak quickly. The car has the optional sunroof, and it works perfectly.

Option 1 $4200
You buy the car "as is" with all known problems for a discounted price.

Option 2 $4650
I fix the blend door, and detail the outside and wetsand the headlights also i track down the interior trim it needs.

Please, all comments are encouraged. Pics will be up asap. Thank you for looking, i hope this goes to a lvc member.

Price is a little steep, though....

Not a bad looking ride. But as lorenzo stated it would sell quicker with a more tempting $. Maybe start at 4/4,150k with all the fixes.
