Brand New LS Owner

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Hello All,
I'm glad to be the prould owner of a '01 LS V8 Sport and a part of this forum. I've come to learn alot about this car, both the good and the areas that require attention from time to time. I've owned 2 SHO's in the past, but have come to realize the sophistication of the LS. I already have done the drivers window requlator and latch assembly. Next project are the rear wheel bearings.
My question concerns the installation of these rear wheel bearings.
What is the capacity of the press that is required to accomplish this job.
Has anyone attempted this job with a ball joint press or does this need much greater force? Thanks in advance for the answers,
Albie
