I have a 2004 LS and my battery died a couple of days ago and I recharged it but my fog lamps will NOT turn on anymore. I've already checked all the fuses, under the hood, in the bottom right-foot corner, and in the trunk and they all seem to be working fine. Any suggestions????? I have HID Lights installed on my fog lamps and both my high and low beams. Didn't have a problem before. Could it be the switch that turns on and off the lights????

If you did all that I assume you checked this: are your high beams on?

Are you getting power to the fog light plugs?

Posted by: Nikollaj

you might just need new fog lights cuz thats what happend with mine..

Posted by: rickztahone

you might have burnt your bulbs

I think his high beams were on because he hasn't answered yet

My high beams were off. And my bulbs are working fine. I know this because when I plug in my ballast with the bulb for my fog lamp to my low-beams, which are also HID, they work fine...But I did recheck the fog lamp plug and it does not seem to be getting power...??????....

Are both fog lamps connected to the same fuse in the power distribution box? Maybe it's that simple...

Posted by: rickster1er

I've checked all fuses...is there some sort of relay to these lamps????

Posted by: pektel

Is there a relay? Yes. Do I know where it is? No. Hopefully someone can chime in with some help...

The fog lamp fuse is #03 and the relay is #07
(both in the underhood fusebox)
