Wiring diagram for 97 towncar. (tach)

I know every car has to have an RPM/engine revolution counter wire around the computer. It's just not being used in the tc digital dash. So i was wondering if anyone knew where and if it actually exists that way i can put a tach in my tc.

And just to clarify for those searching back there is no tach signal wire or pin to tap on any 98-05 panther/marq/vic/town car excluding the 03-04 MM.
