02 driver heated seat

well my passenger seat can fry an egg but my driver seat can barely heat up at all. I can feel some warmth but not even close to what it should be. Both heated seat buttons work as they should. Any ideas????

While we are on the topic of heat, the temp gauge has to be half way for my heat to put out hot air, should i change my thermostat???

I have the same problem in my 02 ls as well. However I live on FL so the heat or the seat heater doesnt really effect me, but it still bothers me.
