Bumper paint and trim

OK guys, the chrome trim strips in the front bumper on my car are suffering the worst of winter. Are these replaceable and where can I get them?
Also the paint is coming off the front bumper badly- add wand washing at the car wash to rock chips and it comes off pretty easy.
Anyway, I need to fix the trim and repaint the bumper- got any ideas?

The trim is replaceable. If your looking to do this all right....just get it repainted. I'm pretty sure if you want you can have the trim color matched to the car color unless you want to keep the chrome.
