94 eldo "ecm wiring harness cut"

i picked up a 94 eldo for 500$.To make a long story short,no one could get it running.After some troubleshooting I found the haarness cut along with a picture of some girl stuffed up there!35 wires in all were cut.I got them all back together except for 4 green ones.The engine runs great except:trans wont shift into OD,check eng. light on,Codeso22,po33,so44,Can anyone help?
