LMAO Cop was WAaayyyy out of line and should be investigated for such actions. Manhandling a 14 year old kid because he called him "Dude" and "disrespected him? LMAO Hope this a hole cop was fired and sued.

In the cops defense Baltimore is a

That cop was mild, a friend of mine got punched in gut by a cop, had an asthma attack, and the cops blamed it on him "running away". This was because he fit the description of a 'vandal'. Cops around here are dicks, getting physical is nothing.
