removing wax from vinyl (keyless entry pad)

i got some oversprayed meguires nxt on a few places that it shouldnt of dried on.. license plate surround (vinyl im assuming) and the keyless... some of the rubber around my windows.. please tell me this can be removed easily.. mineral spirits? vinager? what works? thanks.

I did that too and just scrubbed it with some back to black trim cleaner like Mothers.

There was a white film on my black parts when I bought my mark viii, I went
over the areas a few times with a little TIRE WET after a few uses it got rid of it...not armor-all it yellows.

now I use a non-wax polish.
