Wheel Fitment on a CTS

Could anybody help me, i just got a 2004 CTS and i would like to know a 20" rim 5*114.3 would fit it?

My friend has them, but he lives in Florida.. so before i make him ship out and rims and waste money i'd love to kno if they'd fit first!!!

i have 20X8.5s on my 2007 cadillac cts. no rubbing at all. the guy that put them on said they would rub my shock but everything is good. had them for over 600 miles and they are fine on the crappy alaska roads.
