http://www.lskoncepts.com/store/linc...-lens-p-23.php

Don't know if those would work.

Looking good too!

thanks bro...... they are sold out...

Personally, I think the original side molding breaks up the blandness of the plain doors. Yours looks nice, it just looks like something is missing when I look at the doors and trunk.

But something has to be done about those circles on the front bumper.

IMHO you sould get the clear/red taillights

Posted by: rickztahone

i wonder how the lse kit or ww kit would look if the parts were molded

hell if i know.... the car is going to be painted soon... doing a "dub edition" color skeem ... same color silver on top and black on bottom with silver rims that are on there.

the holes will be covered

Posted by: 97stscaddy

I was gonna say you need something to contrast the silver. The door moulding helps to cut up the height of the door and make the car look shorter height-wise. That effect makes the car look longer. Some black paint to help "cut up" the car will definitely help.

agreed!

But I think the two tone paint will help break up that boring door look

Posted by: uknowmehfo

thanks for all comments. trying to get stuff for the car. kid, wife, house, bills ect. not a easy thing to do.

Posted by: eastcoastLS

the side moldings seem to accommodate where the bumpers meet the fenders. blend the bumpers into the fenders would make it look a lot better.

Posted by: KD00LS

Cut the holes out in the front bumper, get the gutter guard material (looks like the holes in the Mclaren Grille), cover the holes with the gutter guard and run a cold air intake in there.

Not too smart. There is a foam cushion in there that supports the bumper in minor impacts. If that is taken out the bumper can crush in as far as the grille with very little force. With that gone a little nudge in a parking lot could turn into a $3000 repair bill.

it's cool... u are. but it's ok. i basically bought this car for 1,000 dollars..... would you buy this car for that? would you title it in your name and call it "your car" .. or would you be like hey "lets go get in (ex.) dan's old car" all the time? think not. you would call it your car and would say "hey look what i just bought."

Posted by: kwazy

no i never have bought a car that was not stock
because when people build cars like that and want to sell it means there is a problem and they dont want it

People build Hondas then turn around and sell them all the time. They get bored with it once there is nothing else to change and want to start over. Doesnt mean there's anything wrong with them... well except for being a Honda... but you get the idea.

I would say you got an awesome deal for a grand!. My hubby always says if it moves down the road it's worth a grand. Great deal. And it's Definatly your car! Nice you could get a cheap car, so if you wanna play with how it looks, your not sinkin your life into it, yano? I have a 05 Lincoln LS V8, paid 20k with 22k miles on it, bought in June. I think I got a great deal on a car that was originally 43k. I love how this car came stock, that's why I bought it. Have fun, and congrats on a great buy.

yeah thanks... it's paid for... so no worries.... people hate on it but ya know it's my car. in my name. i own it and i can sell it for whatever price i feel if i wanted to... just another play toy ... i guess some people are mad because it's hard to put mods on a car they have a loan out on.

Posted by: 05'LSRN

LOL, I know that's my problem. It would be cool to do some mods on my car, but that car payment gets in the way for sure.

I didn't mean take out all of the foam, just what you need to run the tubing.

see someon understands. but other people i guess hate because they have 1/2 mods ect or a stock car with 1 tv.. or a stock car with rims. and then bit-h about " oh boo-hoo you got a car for a low price and i am hating because that's just what i wanna do with my car but oh wait i have a loan on it and i cant afford it" well sorry get a better job.

dude i got more toys then u could imagine so i dont think money is an issue u running around saying that u paid a grand is bull@$#! and u know it. u traded your truck plus gave a grand so people that didnt read your other post now they know what you gave for it plus u dont know what i have done to my car

Posted by: pektel

I'm wondering who makes that particular bumper. It's the only one of it's kind that i've seen.

Not to play the devil's advocate here, but: I'm not a "hater" of people buying premodified cars, but I personally LIKE to do the modifications. It gives me a sense of pride when I look at the things I've done to my car. If you don't mind buying someone else's taste, then by all means go for it. If you don't like modifying a car yourself, then go for it. I don't think it has anything to do with financial ability.

nah buddy!..... i traded a truck i had a grand in.. i traded/traded/traded/traded..... until i got the truck.. i started out with a POS little truck that i bought for a grand.... i know how to do body work and paint. so i shot a custom paint job. traded it. then traded kept going up... til i traded a r6 bike i had for the truck then the truck for this car.... AND NO i did not give any cash!..... more toys? i am 23 years old. just turned it. i have 5 cars, house paid for, damn wife, 1 kid, and all my cars are paid for besides my 07 525. not to mention zx14 and a r1. So common.. i am not here to see who's di-k is bigger than each other..... I POSTED pics to say HEY.... look at my new car.... and to get positive feedback.. not some di-k head running his mouth about this and that... could have been like "nice" and left it alone. but ya know... not everyone out there has a good side alot of them like to nit-pick about small little things. it's ok buddy... i still <3 ya

Posted by: kwazy

you wanted to know what people thought your not going to get all positive feedback be a man and be able to take negeitive you took it a little to far when all i gave was my opion plus im not the only one that something to say so good luck with daddy's money unless its all bs peace

Posted by: EmpireSix

I think the weather is making people cranky.

Had I found one with intake, wheels, or whatever else I liked I wouldn't pass it up for the right price because I wanted to do the work. I guess Lincoln did all the moding for me when I bought my LSE. Thanks Lincoln.

Posted by: uknowmehfo

not daddy's money pimp'n i own a computer company. but it's whatever in cyberspace eh?

Posted by: 05'LSRN

BTW.......... I certainly wasn't "complaining" too much bout the car payments vs. mods. I plan to pay this car off early, then we will talk bout fixin her up. I think I'd like some nice rims, and the clear headlights are very sharp. In Illinois, ANY tint is illegal. I asked a state trooper at a hot dog stand. lol. I would really like some tint on my white LS, it would look sharp. I notice lots of new cars these days have a lil' tint and don't get messed with. NEBody in Illinois and have tint and haven't gotten messed with. and what percentage is it. Goodnight for now, worked night shift.
