Antenna acting up/HID's

The antenna will push up, then the motor will continue to run for another 20sec or so. When turning the raido off the motor will run but wont pull it down, i have to give it a little push from the top for it to catch and be pulled down.

Any ideas?

Also, anyone install a set of HID's on there TC? Did you use a universal kit or what? Im thinking of getting some.
