It's a bushing, either lower air/coil strut mount, control arm, or tension strut rod. If it does it when you turn then I would say tension strut. Do you feel vibration the steering wheel when braking? Another sign of bad strut rod bushings.
If you bounce the front end by hand can you hear it? That would eliminate air/coil strut mount, and/or control arm Ball joints don't squeek, they chirp/crunch/clunk, pop. |

How long do you guys think I could drive on a bad one? Because it's going to be 2 weeks before I can get it fixed.
The car goes in sunday and I don't get it back till tues. or wed. to get some paint fixed that the body shop messed up. The earliest I could get it fixed is that following weekend. |

I agree to a ball joint creaking. Personally never heard one squeak.
Only way to know for sure is to throw a floor jack under LCA, jack it up, do visual of all parts considered, pry up/down on tire, any movement is a loose ball joint. |
