One anyone have tips on how to spectacularly clean snowflakes?

2 Car tends to bog and it almost feels like its losing power from the trans...i did the fuel filter and the first drive was beautiful and next start up was back to the same. I got my o2 sensors but not installed yet i kno they arent helping but didnt know anything else that could help. Was goin to do the fuel pump also.... Any opinions greatly appriciated

almost sounds like you got some water in your fuel. might check that.
