Bumper help!!!

Hello,

I'm in the midst of reviving a 1995 STS after it suffered a front end collision. I'm wondering if anyone has diagrams as to what parts the bumper assembly are made up of.

I'm having difficulty removing the impact absorbers from the chassis as well,

anyone have any knowledge they would like to share??
