how thick do the spacers need to be so they fit
i know people have them and i want them on my mark too
do they need spacers front and rear or just front ?

Front spacers only, 5/16". The center caps still will not fit over the front hub.

so what do you have to do to make them fit ? the spacer alone isn't the fix ?
is this what your saying ?

I told you; 5/16" spacers on the front and the wheel will fit. The center caps will not.

i understand about the spacer, so what is the problem with the cap
what is the fix for it or is there one ? i used 99 gt wheels on my ranger and
had to get thick spacers for it

The center cap doesn't fit.

Bullitt wheels can fit without a spacer. I took a die grinder to the back of the center caps and hammered the caps flat. There is just enough room for it to fit. I didn't want to use a spacer because then I would have needed longer wheel studs in the front.

Wrong.
