I don't think you're going to find an entire 02 LSE body kit for cheap, as they are discontinued... and if you're trying to turn it into an LSE, i believe that's all you need to do. And exhaust tips,as well.

There's this Wings West kit in your price range you may consider.
Not strictly the LSE but nice nonetheless.
