I had HID's on my Continental, but they burnt out in about a year. I figured out why. First problem is the daytime running lights, they are 100% not compatible with the HID's and I can't figure out a way to disable them except to just remember to turn the headlights on everytime you get in even in the daytime. The other thing is the autolamps turn on as soon as you turn the key so voltage is fluctuating to the ballasts when you are cranking the engine. Does anybody know of a way to disable the DRL's or address these issues? I would love to buy another set of HID's
