What did you get for Christmas?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Just wondering what you guys got for Christmas, LS related or not. I got a bunch of car cleaning stuff, Poorboy's Super Swirl Remover 1, 2, 2.5, and 3. I also got a detailing bag to carry my Porter Cable 7424 and a bunch of other stuff. And of course some Pep Boys gift certificates to restock my shelves.

Here is a link to the bag I got, I love it.

I got a TomTom GPS and a ton of clothes for work from the parents.

The woman got me an LSKoncepts gift certificate which I used for the LSE grille (see the "my girl rocks" thread). She also got me the "Bumper Badger" - it's a protective rubber mat that covers your rear bumper. Comes in handy with the jerkoffs in Brooklyn who like to play bumper cars when they parallel park. She also gave me 200 bucks for my birthday a few weeks ago to use towards an XCAL because I didn't want her spending 400. So I used it to buy an XCAL from someone here.

I forgot, I also got 2 t-shirts, 1 Lincoln and 1 LS Koncepts

Got a new camera and a Wii (it's my son's but every once in a while he lets me play, lol)

I've had energy suspension sway bar bushings lying around for a long time. Well my parents had them installed for me as a Christmas present. Huge difference. Car drives like it's brand new. Best gift ever!

My parents got me a Kenwood DDX7015 from another member here. Here's a quick pic:

Not a tough install, until it comes to routing the wires well enough to get the double din all the way back!

I got a shop vac, clothes, and 2 dvd's - Clapton Crossroads 2007, and Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds-Live at Radio City. Both very cool shows. I highly recommend both...

Since the weather is so nice here, Santa decided I needed a convertible

Posted by: pektel

That looks similar to rodewaryer's avatar...

My brother got me a 250gb external hard drive. My parents/grandparents got me some clothes and some cash. And I found out about Lucy; check "Someone Hit Lucy" thread for details. Merry Christmas everyone.

new lacoste shoes
optima yellowtop battery and billet tray
new suit

pektel, that looks sick in there, i cant wait to put my Avic D3 Navi in the LS, even though its smaller than the kenwood, still does the job! Question though, steering wheel controls work with that? my friend told me i have to buy an adapter cable so it can work...

About the topic .. Parents got me Clothes, and the LS. I got the LS 2 weeks early, I'm a very impatient person. lol

Some work clothes, some dressy stuff (Brook Brothers), and stuff for my bike (a Battery Tender and an IOU for a set of bags when I find what I want). It's hard finding nice saddlebags to fit a ninja that have heat resistant backs. A few adult toys... Diecast model of an '07 Shelby GT500 and Eric Clapton's autobiography and new compilation CD. Pretty good holiday for me.

Hey man. You know your Avatar. That is a Kern County sheriffs unit. I live like 2 mins away from the station. . Kinda funny.

I bought myself a Zune dock, some business cards for the new company I design for and that's about it. I've been spending the money I got for parking at Cedars Sinai.

Thanks!

I never use the steering wheel controls, so i couldn't justify the price of the add on interface. Yes, you would need one if you still wanted to use the steering wheel controls.

my girlfriend got me a nice black metal band, with black metal face, "guess" watch. it is awesome. i absolutely love it. she also got me a really nice brookstone bbq utensil set (every piece is quite heavy and stainless steel w/ wooden handles, cant wait to use them). she also got me some clothes (sweaters, shirts). position of the day playbook (it is what you are thinking). my parents gave me like $200, the best smelling air freshener i've ever seen or smelled (raspberry something, its unbelievable) couple other small things. heh my little brother got me a collapse able cooler specifically for my ls because i have little trunk space. a food processor and griddle from a gift exchange?!? aunt got me some towels, socks, and a bathroom rug. 300 and Transformers on hd-dvd.

best part- i gave my girlfriend a cruise to cozumel. when i gave it to her she started crying. it was great. i gave my roomate a computer, he was pretty excited about it. thats my favorite part about christmas, the giving, not the getting. the seeing the family thing is pretty cool too...

hope everyone had a merry christmas, and a happy new year...

Posted by: pektel

Hopefully you're going with her on that cruise... No way would i send my girlfriend alone somewhere tropical...

Got a nice dark gray pinstripe suit. Couple nice ties and a belt to go with it. And some shiny black snake skin shoes to set it off. It's straight P.I.M.P!
Then of course I got the usual cash and a couple gift cards.

And I got an LSE front bumper for my car. I guess that can count as a Christmas present even though I bought it. I didn't have to pay for it out of pocket though.

Posted by: Beamer

Got a 263 piece tool set w/ mini tool box, a few shirts, a couple pairs of pants, the yearly new Hess truck, massage certificate, gift card to my home away from home (best buy) and the newer style Halo Projectors for my SS(I paid for like half from a friend and he just said screw the remaing amount and they are on their way here).

Not bad, I did not ask for anything so whatever I got was a bonus.
