looking for a RT front brake flex hose- ideas?

My Rt front brake flex hose is dying. No auto part stores or dealers seem to carry this anymore. What have you guys done when this happens??

Or do you guys know where I can find one. It's just a rubber hose going into the caliper and it's discontinued.
