Tire Life

Does anyone know what type of tires are stock on an 05 LS? Also what is the life of these? Also the brakes on the LS Im about to pick up this weekend are going to need replacing soon, any suggestions for size, type, color?

You are picking up an 05 LS that needs new brakes already? That is suprising, but not impossible. How many miles does the car have?

I believe most late model LS's came with Michelin MX4 tires. But it may depend on weather or not your car is the sport model. Does it have 16" or 17" wheels? They are likely different types.

Your best bet is to just look at the tire, then research the model.

Depends on critical details which you did not provide. V6 models use 16 inch rims with Continental tires as OEM. V8 models use 17 inch rims with Michelin tires as OEM.

Sorry I left that info out, its a V6 w/36K miles and the tires are Continental tires.
