Xcal or other Tuner questions

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Im thinking about getting an Xcal programmer. If I understand correctly, if you order one from certain locations (BOC, SCT?) they can send you 1 or 2 custom tunes preloaded onto it. Is this right?

So where would you guys recommend I buy from? Im looking to get a 93 performance tune and an economy tune. Can you get a good economy tune for 89 octane or is it not worth it?

My only mod is 2.5 cat-back exhaust, although I may have a JMod/jmodded plate by the time I buy the tuner.

Lonnie is great to deal with, I have the Xcal2 to run my DOHC swap in the Thundermark and he was there to help.
