89 mark v11 bb sd

I have an 89 mrkv11 bb with speed density motor,
On a tight budget what would be some suggestions for more hp?
i have already made a cold air intake system and used k&n filter, I am going to get x pipe system and flowmasters, But does anyone know if i have to change the chip in ecm? Or what else can be done on a shoe string budget?
Maybe 21 or 24# injectors?

Leave the injectors alone. Waste of money on a stock motor since they're good up to 270-ish HP. Leave the ECM alone, too. Not much out there to do that's cheap. You can adjust the timing...that's free.

You can go mas air with mustangs c.p with 19 injectors an 9mm wries that is what I had .new I am going 347 24 injectors and A.F.R. heads
