fuel pump????

yea my car jsut stalled and i took it to lincoln n they said the fuel pump and some switch blew out. they are chargin me 900 for new switch and new fuel pump.. anyone know how to chang a fuel pump on a 2003 ls v8?????
help fast!!!

Wow, sounds like they are trying to rip you a new one. I am not sure exactly to change a fuel pump but, I know it does not cost that much at all. I payed 50 dollars to get my fuel pump put on from a local shop. If you could tell me what the name of that switch is exactly that explain why the price is a little bit higher.
