Love that blk on blk

Posted by: 96mark8

yea that blk on blk is tight. lower that baby and it will be 10 times nicer!

Holly lift kit batman!! Looks nice but does need some kind of color contrast.

Posted by: evillally

Looks fvckin' good. Now you need to lower it and it will look even better.

Posted by: mespock

Agree car needs to be lowerd.

Posted by: papa bear

if i lower it the tires will rub bfg's are wider then most tires 275/40/17 all around oh i just got back from a drive and my car is provoking racing now just ate up a red 96 t bird but i think i am going to do the hoops silver and the center black after winter why do i live in the midwest rust rust rust

deff need some contrast, not much just a lil. i had a 97 f-150 ex cab, that i did like that, "octouple black" and it was too much. i think the hoops being chrome, machined, etc would make it look a lot better

Because challenges are fun! If you do for some reason leave them black put a red strip around the lip (a little old school). And see if some spacers will punch them out a little so it can be lowered, worse case do a little modifying to the wheel well.

Are they mustang wheels 114 or 108? What is the off set on those? I've seen plenty of 275's on a lowered mark, there has to be a way to make it work!!

they are 17.9 cobra's 108- 4.25 bolt pattern no hub swap ,i am kind of old fashion my style cars are 50's gassers, the tires on it do show that they use to rub on the old owners 97 mark on the outer tires i think he had his lowered and if i let the tire pressure go low in front it might rub on the inside, the tires are shorter then stock so i'm guessing i bumped up my rear ratio and my speedo is off a little not yet to sure like 5mph is my guess i really wanted bullet wheels with black centers and the machined outer lip but the price was right for these i dont see to many mark viii's with the window trim painted black when i did mine i thought it made the car look shorter right now i'm going back and forth on the hood make my own or buy one and what colors i should do on the calipers and maybe dremel in a lincoln emblem into them, i kinda like the way it sits and i thought about that red pin stripe on the outer lip of the rim even after they are silver the way things are going this might be my toy, 6 years this thing has been a daily driver had it since 50,000 and now it just going to hit 90,000 and this is the best it has ever ran thanks for the complements
