Right front door handle= rear left door handle?

I saw a front right outer door handle for sale. I need a left rear outer handle. I just thought that I would be able to use it for my rear left beacue it would face the right direction if you use it.

I am correct?

It would be backwards(unless u can flip it upside down without any side effects)..... and don't both front door handles have the keyholes?
