Next Friday I will be starting a new job as an IT Support Tech for a small (70-ish users, I'm told) mortgage under-writing business downtown. Mainly, my initial job responsibilities will be focused on what I already have experience in (desktop support/repair/networking, and user account administration) but the company is wanting to expand the position quickly. A lot of the support they'll be wanting me to take over is currently either outsourced, or being handled by one of their software developers - which of course takes away time from him doing his "real job".
A couple of the things that I'll be expected to learn soon are Microsoft Small Business Server, and Exchange. I was wondering if any of you here worked in that area of IT, and had any good learning tools/references to recommend for the subjects?
