ok, my 93 just started to run very rough. you can feel it in the gas pedal and in the steering wheel. after try to take off, you can smell ALOT of emissions and the smell doesnt go away. im guessing something with the mufflers or C.C ?

I'm not an expert but you can try running some Sea Foam through it.

Time to replace your oxygen sensors. You can do it yourself but it is a real pita to get the driver's side off the manifold.

Shop around for the best price on the 02's. Your car will run like new again.

I get them from a buddy at his cost. I would say around $65/pc is probably a good deal. Chris (unstoppable) has a trick to get the driver's side off. I (think) he cuts it in half and puts a socket over it or something like that. PM him and maybe he'll give you a couple pointers. You'll be amazed what some new 02's will do. I would also look at the fuel filter inside the passenger fenderwell. That is often overlooked. And finally, on the higher mileage Marks, the fuel pump starts to go weak and affect performance.

Good luck.

May just be your plugs and wires... You may not be getting full fire out of em... That happend to me with my '95 Mark. Gave it a full tune up... plugs, wires, fluids, filters... Back to rocket status....... new O2's and she'll be screamin.....
