i am putting 22x9.5 rims on my 2wd aviator! what is the correct offset i need for the wheels to sit flush? i dont want them sticking out any or tucked under any.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Posted by: mrplease

jeez everyone... not all at once!

this place is dead!!!

I think I have this info, but it's on a comp which died. Once I swap out the motherboard I will post it. I don't remember from memory. Sorry for the wait.

cool thanks! i was wondering if any one was even on this lincoln vs. cadillac forum.

I haven't forgotten about you! My comp is still not working. All I have is my laptop and my work comp. All my files are on that machine with a shot motherboard. Hopefully this weekend I can get it going. I got a new board of ebay, so hopefully.

well i went a head and pulled the trigger.

i went with a 22x9.5 rim with a +15 offset (F5-50)

and a 265-35-22 tire (nittos)

Damn! Looks sweet!!!

Not that you need it anymore (but for others)

17X7.5, 5 LUG, 4 1/2" OR 114.3MM BOLT PATTERN, 44MM OFFSET

How does the handling and ride compare to the stock setup?

Posted by: mrplease

honestly, i can't feel much of a difference. and i do pay a lot of attention...

Good to hear that. I The Aviator suffers with the stock 17's. This ride is meant for 20+. Yours looks perfect.
