What is the most that I would be safe to spray with a single fogger wet kit? Is our intake manifold a good manifold to spray with a single fogger?

You're better off with a dry kit. The wet kits have a tendency to puddle, and then ...
Some guys are shooting 100-125 with no problem, provided you have a good tune and a new fuel pump and regulator.

ive always been weary about dry kits. How is it that they get the needed fuel in there, does the engine sense that its all of a sudden going lean then add more fuel?

they increase fuel pressure

I got a dry kit and my kit does increase the fuel pressure. But Nos does a mix. fuel/nitrous. Also, a dry kit is damn easy to install. Had to be one of the easiest installtions that I have done.

So the kit has a built in FPR or what? I thought when installing a dry kit there was no splicing at all of the fuel lines.

It hooks up from the nitrous regulator to the FPR and when you hit the button it sends pressure to the top of the FPR and allows less fuel to return to the tank, in turn increasing pressure to the fuel rails/injectors.
I had a dry kit on for over a yer and never had a problem, I then switched to a wet kit and proceeded to blow apart my intake manifold and the entire intake tract.

What fuel pumps and fprs are suggested. Ive always heard good things about the walboro 255 inline, I and like the ease of installation. Is this a good pump for the application? What about fprs?

The fuel pump that you need is not the inline pump, but rather the 255 IN TANK pump.
Any FPR will get the job done.A lot of people use the Kirban regulator.
If you want some ideas on ways to hide the system from prying eyes PM me.Mine was hidden and looked for by dozens of people (Usually after they lost a money race LOL) and they NEVER found it.

You need a high pressure high volume 255 for NOS applications. Much more safe and stable.
Heres a movie of Matt Tumminellos "Headhunter" which is equipped with a 100hp dry kit. He has many a bottle through this car with HIGH mileage and it purrs like a kitten and runs like the devil. We put that kit in 2 years ago now. Thats alot of sprayin'!
What kit does everyone suggest. Does the zex kit have a built in fpr in the box? I have heard that it does.

Edelbrock kit is real nice. . .

No the Zex kit does not have a built in Fuel regulator. It has a nitrous regulator. Its just that they put theirs inside a box so you dont see it.Whereas NOS has theirs out in the open.
The ZEX kit is okay, but it doesnt go over 100 shot.If you ever want more in the future go with the NOS kit.
Both kits work the same way by upping the Fuel pressure to make up for the extra oxygen.

Does anyone have any upclose pix of these installs? I'd like to have some sort of mental picture. How does the kit hook up to the fpr?
Why does the kit have to solenoids? And what is the blue piece between the noids?
Posted by: Sifrino3
Blue peice, fuel regulator.

One solenoid controls the nitrous, the other one controls the amount of pressure that is applied to the top of the FPR so that it backs up the correct amount of pressure and the correct amount of fuel gets in.
