1997 spark plug gap

1997 lincoln continental

I was just wondering how everybody sets their plug gap? My gauge goes from .5 to .6 they are all under .6 and pretty uniform. But on this car with the double platinum motorcraft plugs is it better to err twords .52 or .56 or slightly above or below either?
