tuneup ya'll!!

Hey guys I just wanted to know what basic parts I will need for a tuneup.I have pretty good mechanical skills Im just not used to lincolns or Fords for that matter-YET

If i were doing a basic engine service i would: change the oil and filter, fuel filter, air filter and maybe the spark plugs / possibly leads depending on condition. Check coolant condition and top up / change as needed. Probably check the serpentine belt also. Check all fluid levels and top up / change as needed. Lubricate throttle linkage. I think thats about it for a basic 'tune up' Nothing remarkable about the Mark VIII with regards to that stuff, just don't over torque the spark plugs!
