A day of mixed emotions.

This is a day of mixed emotions as I prepare to bid farewell to my Mark VIII. She has served me well, but I just bought an Audi S8 for a deal I couldn't pass up, and that will take the place as the new daily driver. I want to thank the members of this board for your support and knowledgeable advice. More than once, I came to this board with questions and left with answers – I’ve had more laughs with you guys than I can even count. If you don't mind, I'll stick around on the boards, watching to see what projects you guys get into and how everyone's Mark is doing. The LSC has been an absolute joy to own – these cars are so incredibly reliable (read: I’m used to German cars, and there is always some issue to take care of). Mine never went wrong, and, like my German cars, still runs like the day it left the factory. Ford was way ahead of their time with these cars – it’s clear that some real engineering and thought went into these bulletproof machines. I’m a hard guy to impress when it comes to cars, but these are just so impressive – there is no other word for them. When I cleaned it up and got several pictures, I was again impressed with how well these cars age. If anyone care to see them, there are about 20 or so on my listing … these are truly sexy cars. Again, thanks to everyone here for your camaraderie, laughs, and support. It has been a pleasure.

I sure hope yours does better than mine has on e-bay. Mine has 157000 on it and it struggles to get above $3100, and its a CE.
