Now, that's more like it. Maybe the 3/4" ones. did you email em?

Posted by: KD00LS

They might not be good for your car, I'd look into it before installing. I think I posted something about this like two years ago. Puts a lot of stress on the axle I think.

If your looking to get a small amount of poke its fine just don't go to far. Spacers with the lugs on them are better but I know of plenty of people that use them for looks and function of clearance with brakes, they will tell you its fine but they don't try to gain any performance at all.

In the end if you don't wanna race everyone you see, its fine.

Posted by: pagan_blood

will they really lower performance a lot?

Posted by: DunItRight

I guess I should have worded that in a better way. Its not that it will kill any performance but it will make it more risky while trying to perform.

Posted by: pagan_blood

oh ok i got you, thanks

These will put more strain on the suspension components. Ask any Off Roader who has them on a jeep or truck.

Posted by: DunItRight

We are also not going off roading in trucks or jeeps. I say do it as long as you aren't trying to be a speed demon, if you just wanna cruise or use it as the everyday driver that ain't going to the track or lining up at street lights you wont have a problem. ( with the 3/4 ones that is )

Wait a minute; you just said 12mm is "a lot." 12mm is just under 1/2", which makes them a bit more than 1/4" less then those...

Edit: Never mind; I finally got the original page to load, and can see the difference.

id like to see if anyone has pics of an ls with spacers on, maybe a before and after shot
